Home Buying Process
Sometimes the thought of building or buying a new home can be intimidating. At HardRock Homes we make the process simple.
Step 1
Visit one of our model homes, contact us by clicking here, or call us at (801) 859-3611. We will go over standard features and answer any other questions about our homes. You are able reserve a home site with a $500 deposit.
Step 2
Visit with one or our preferred mortgage lenders or a lender of your choice to become "pre qualified" for a home loan. If you are using one of our mortgage lenders call and make an appointment and they will go over the entire home loan process with you. They will answer any and all questions such as: "How much can I afford?" "What are my monthly payments going to be?"
Step 3
After being qualified for the home loan we have a pre-construction meeting and go over all color selections and any other requests along with an explanation about the building process. You will have an opportunity visit the design center and have one on one attention with an interior designer.
Step 4
Meet at the home just before installing sheetrock for a walkthrough and to possibly add any other options that are available.
Step 5
Meet at the home for a final walkthrough and schedule a time to meet at a title company to sign closing papers.
Step 6
